1. Setting UP Multifactor Authentication (MFA / 2FA) for your ICLSD email account.
1.1. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Your School Gmail Account
- Sign in to your school Google account.
- Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner and select Manage your Google Account.
- Select Security from the left menu.
- Under How you sign in to Google, click 2-Step Verification.
- Click Get Started and enter your password if prompted.
- Choose how you want to receive verification codes:
- Google Prompt (recommended)
- Authenticator App
- Text Message or Phone Call
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
- When finished, confirm that 2-Step Verification shows as On.
Your account is now protected with Multi-Factor Authentication.
