FAQ and common fixes for ViewSonic Interactive Boards

1. Login Issues

1.1. Cannot Login to Clever, etc.

Applications such as Clever and others that syncronize using the Creek email system will not work through the ViewSonic boards.  You will need to use a Chromebook or PC and connect to the ViewSonic board through HDMI or by using the ViewCast app.

Q : Can I stream movies from Swank directly on the view board using the built in web browser.

A : No - A computer such as a Chromebook or PC must me used connected through the HDMI port for the movies to play correctly.
